By using Strypr, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App
Strypr is a personal golf shot tracking tool. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.

2. Data Collection & Retention
We collect and store the data you provide, including club selections, distances, swing thoughts, and notes. This data is retained on our servers even if you deactivate your account, to allow for potential reactivation and service continuity. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Account Deactivation
You may deactivate your account at any time via the Settings menu. Upon deactivation, your login credentials will be disabled. Your shot data will be retained in our system but will not be accessible until reactivation is requested.

4. Privacy
Your personal information (email address) is used solely for authentication purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within Strypr is proprietary. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without permission.

6. Disclaimer
Strypr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
