Strypr ("we", "us", "our") is a personal golf shot tracking application available at strypr.com. By using Strypr, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider with industry-standard encryption and security practices. Data is stored on servers within their secure infrastructure.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Your shot data is retained even if you deactivate your account, to allow for potential reactivation. If you wish to have your data permanently deleted, please contact us and we will action your request within 30 days.

Strypr is a personal golf shot tracking application that allows users to log club selections, distances, swing thoughts, and notes, and retrieve personalised club recommendations based on target distance and lie conditions.
To use Strypr you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported third-party provider (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use Strypr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
You retain ownership of the shot data and notes you enter into Strypr. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Your shot data is retained on our servers even if you deactivate your account, to allow for potential reactivation and service continuity. We do not sell your data to third parties. To request permanent deletion of your data, contact us at privacy@strypr.com.
You may deactivate your account at any time via the Settings menu in the app. Upon deactivation, your login credentials will be disabled and you will be signed out. Your shot data will be retained as described in Section 6.
All content, design, code, and branding within Strypr — including the name, logo, and user interface — is the proprietary property of Strypr. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Strypr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strypr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
